Returns: If the buyer found a problem/problems in the item that was not shown before bidding, I accept returns. Please contact me first about the returns within 3 days after receiving the item, then wait for a message about how to return the item. Usually I do not accept discount based on the problems because it is very difficult to know the appropriate discount rate. When the buyer returns the item, make sure that the item is in the same condition as the time when the buyer opened the parcel. The buyer's payment will be returned through paypal once after the item arrives at the seller's registered address and I confirms that the item is in the same condition as before shipping.

After payment has been received, I will ship the item on Mondays and Fridays and will let you know the tracking no. for EMS, an international express mail with a tracking number. You can track the parcel on the internet.
Delivery time: About one week to the major cities in the US and Europe after you receive "Mark as shipped" notice from ebay. Sometimes it may take longer depending on the seasonal reasons, traffic accidents, bad weather and other unpredictable incidents. If more than one week passed since the shipping notification, check the tracking information first, and then let me know.
The ebay shipping notification includes your tracking number. Please keep the notification from ebay for your quick reference. Sometimes I can not answer to your tracking number inquiry quickly.
The postage is 18 USD worldwide for one scarf. That includes the packing material, envelope and insurance.
The postage may vary if your purchase is not just one scarf but includes other things like bags, belts, and etc.
I do combine shipping if you purchase more than one items within the same week. The postage will be notified when you finish shopping. If your purchase is not within in the same week, I can not combine shipping.
I do not combine shipping if the total value of the items exceeds 2900 USD.
I do not ship the items by a normal airmail or a registered normal airmail, as I would like the buyers to have their items quickly and safely.
I do not ship items by FedEx or DHL.
There is a possibility that this international parcels may cause import tax on your side. The seller is not responsible for the import tax.
