Combined Shipping

• We do combine orders
• To combined your order you must first commit to buying the items. If you need assistance on committing to buy please refer to our guide How to Combine Orders with Qsalvage
• Within 24 hours (excluding Sunday) you should receive a new invoice that will have the correct combined shipping cost. Once you have received the new invoice you may proceed with paying for your purchases.
• If you wish to inquire a shipping quote before committing to buying your items, you are welcome to send us a message with the quantity your desire and zip code. If you wish to checkout 2 or more different items, please include the eBay item number of the items in your message.

Payment

• We accept PayPal.
• All PayPal accounts must be verified. We only ship to your verified PayPal shipping address.
• Buyers have 4 days after invoice has been sent to pay for their purchases. If no payment has been received an unpaid item dispute will be opened. Under no circumstances will the dispute be canceled after it has been opened.
• International Buyers – Please Note:
• You must have a verified PayPal account.

Shipping

• The shipping and handling amount is indicated on each auction.
• Please allow 1 business day for processing of your shipment.
• We are not responsible for returned packages with incorrect or non deliverable addresses.
• Transit times vary depending on your shipping selection. Please refer to the estimated delivery time in the ad or review the specified shipping providers webpage for details.
• International Buyers – Please Note:
• International shipments will only be provided through Ebay's Global Shipping Program.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
  We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’  - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

14 Day Return Policy

• If there is a problem with your product we will gladly exchange the product (if available) or refund your payment within 14 days.
• Please contact us to request with proper return verification, any returns without proper return verification will be refused.
• Any refund given due to buyer's error/remorse can be subjected to a 10% restocking fee.

Warranty

• We do not provide any warranties of any kind on our items. We do not know if the manufacture warranty is included, expired or if it is transferable. Please contact the manufacture BEFORE purchasing with any questions you have about their manufacture  warranty.  

Tax

• All NC residents must pay 7% sales tax on products purchased.
