We display official Sizing Charts whenever available to us. In many cases we will measure items for size when these charts are not available. Returns/Warranty

Please feel free to contact us with return issues. Unused and Unopened Items can be returned with their original packaging 30 days from purchase. Skates must be Unsharpened and Unbaked. All Returns must be done following proper guidelines directly through Ebay as Ebay generates a Return Number or "RA" making the processing of your return easier and faster.

Obtaining a Return Through Ebay:
In Ebay: Go to your Purchase History > Select the Item in Question > Go to "More Actions" > Select "Return this Item" Select the Return Reason and Quantity, this will generate both an RA Number and Label for return shipping.
We will not accept returns without this RA Number. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will be glad to send you a refund for the product the same day it has been received at our warehouse. Your refund will include the Product Price. In all cases Customers are responsible for Paying Return Shipping.
