Your order will be canceled if the Shipping Address is one of the following locations below or contains a reference ID number in the address line from any other service provider. Note these addresses are marked for fraudulent international transactions. If you are serious about International buying, please use our trusted INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PROGRAM or one of our USPS/FEDEX postal service options during check-out.
We ship using FedEx or USPS. Please allow three full Business Day for processing. Orders placed will ship the following 1-3 business days. We do not ship the same day the order was placed. We ship worldwide to most countries. Please see our exempt list. FedEx transit time varies based on your zone and the method, your order will have an estimate of the transit times when you check out.
International Customers: Due to customs and/or shipping delays delivery may take over 6 weeks. We are not responsible for taxes, duties, or fees your country may charge. Sometimes packages get lost through customs. In this case, we will refund your total purchase amount. Ebay systems give an estimated delivery date only. It is not promised that your package will arrive on that day.
If you choose to refuse your package upon delivery, please inform us so we can expect it to return back to our facility. Once an item is out for delivery, we have no control over time or procedure. It is then in the hands if USPS or FedEx. We ask that Negative feedback is not reflected based on delivery time. We are not at fault. We make sure every order is shipped within one business day.

P.O. BOX ADDRESSES: We charge an additional $16 for orders that weigh 3lbs or more shipping to a P.O. Box address. Additional fees will be charged after checkout. P.O. Boxes are more expensive to ship to and we ask that the buyer cover all charges.
We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) through PayPal for security purposes. You do not need a Paypal account to shop with us but you do need to verify a few steps during the checkout process.

14 DAYS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
At Apparel Zoo, our top priority is to provide the best possible service. We stand behind our products 100% and offer a full 14 Day Return Policy (valid on most items). Please read the information below:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s), in new, unworn condition, within 14 days of the date of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. We will not accept returns after this amount of time. Ebay systems delete orders after 60 days, meaning we will not be able to find or refund your order after that time.

If you do not receive a Return Form with your purchase, the item is not eligible to return/exchange unless the item was shipped wrong or a manufacturer defect. We are not obligated to hold exchange items prior to receiving your package for return. The item must be in stock at the time of arrival in order to qualify for an exchange. We will contact you to ask if you would like another item or refund for the Return order.
To return an item, follow our three step process:
Fill Out The Return Form: This form is included with every order and must be filled out completely and packaged to ensure a speedy return.
To print a Return Label Directly from EBAY: Go to Ebay' Returns Program to request a paid mailing label. Find the item in My eBay and select “Return this item” from the More actions drop-down menu. Follow the steps to complete the request*
Package Your Return: Include the original tags and original packaging. If the original tags and/or the original packaging are not returned you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. You will be charged a 50% Restocking Fee if the item arrives back to us broke or non-resellable (broken zipper, missing buttons, tears, odor, pet hair or stains).
Ship Your Package: Message us a the return tracking number to process your request earlier. Apparel Zoo is not liable for lost shipments.
You must follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. **Returns that do not have a return Form, will take longer to process.
Please allow up to 5 days from the date your return is delivered to us (International up to 6 weeks) and the Final Value Fee is credited back to our account for the refund to be issued. Refunds may take up to 72 hours depending on PayPal. If you haven't received your refund after it was issued by us, please contact PayPal.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS: We return shipping costs only if the item was 1) Shipped Incorrectly 2) Arrived with stains or tears ~ We ask that you contact us for a Return Label. We make decisions/arrangements depending on each situation. We do not cover shipping costs back to us if the item does not fit or the item is not as you expected.
We are not liable for Manufacturer's Defects, meaning if an item is poorly cut, sized too small/big or the print is incorrect, we are not held liable.
