If you would like to return or exchange an item, please Contact us as soon as possible, indicating the reason for the return. You will then be issued with a Return Authorization number (RA #), that must be included with the returned item. D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) item must be contact us to request a RA# within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Warranty
Warranty period will be listed in the description. Most of the products are comes with 1 year warranty. If you do not see any warranty period in the description, then the product will under our 90 days period direct warranty.
