Each bid is for TWO attractive pieces of fossil turtle and tortoise shell from the ice age deposits of Florida.

Each piece has nice decoration, very well preserved bone, and several different types are present. These pieces are all nuchals, meaning they are the central plates that ran down the top of the animal's shell.

Found in the river gravels of Florida they come in all variety of shapes and sizes.

The images show typical specimens. The one(s) you will receive will come from the same batch as this so quality is guaranteed to be just as good.
