  Tracking and Customs Numbers

  It is not uncommon for the US Post Office not to scan the package on the way out.  This will cause the tracking/customs to read “Electronic Shipping Info Received” but gives no further details.  This does not mean that your package is not on the way.

   

  Please note USPS First Class International shipping is non trackable

   

  We cannot control the shipping time of your order after your order shipped. Please do not get upset with me about the time the item spends getting through customs, and be patience, let us know if there is any problems with your order, and we will help.

• If your item was found defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• You must have an RMA return merchandise authorization number before and item can be returned.

• 15% Restocking fee on all return items & initial shipping fee is non refundable.

• You must return everything in the same condition that was shipped (NEW CONDITION).

• Buyer responsible for all the return shipping costs.

• Send the product in its original packaging.
