Shipping

• You will be issued a number to track your parcel via web
• All parcels sent must be signed for. If no-one is home, the postie will put a collection card in your post box, advising that the package will be held at your local Post Office awaiting your collection.

Insurance

• Postage insurance is included in your order
• We will replace or refund you in full once it is confirmed by USPS that your package has been lost.
• We follow USPS's investigation process, which can take up to 10 working days for full resolution.

No Risk Return

Please keep in mind these products are perfume. 20% restocking fee if you want to return and product must be resellable.

If you are unhappy with the product for whatever reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item to arrange for a return and refund. You will be given a Return Authorisation number (RA#), which should be clearly marked on your return package.The package should be unopened in its original packaging.


Wrong Item received

Although this hardly ever happens, sometimes, an incorrect item may be posted (This happens less than 1% of the time). In this unlikely case, please let us know and we will rectify the problem immediately (at our cost of course).

Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested at any time after your order is placed. However, if your item has already been picked and has been added to our postal processing queue, we will no longer be able to accept the cancellation. You may of course return any unopened item within 7 days for a full credit less any postage expenses we may have incurred.

Unwanted Items

If an item is unwanted, you can return it to us for a refund of the cost of the item (obviously we cannot refund the postage and handling charged). Please ensure that unwanted items remain unopened and unused.

We will contact you through your eBay mail. We endeavor to respond to messages within 48 hours. If you do not receive a reply to your email within 2 days, it means that we have not received your email or our reply has been filtered out by your spam filters. If this happens, please check your spam/bulk/junk mail folders or email us from a different email account.
