This is going to be my first return to O.co for poor quality, and misrepresentation. I have ordered three beautiful wool carpets, chandeliers, and lamps in the past and all have surpassed expectation. This carpet is a huge disappointment. I have not even taken it completely out of the plastic and it is going back. It is best described as very stiff and burlap like in texture. The color is not mostly teal/turquoise but black with little yarns of turquoise pulled throughout (supposedly the "soft" chenille they are describing). Really, carpet is anything but soft and would best be used in a garage or basement to wipe your feet.. I usually would say you get what you pay for but I ordered the 5'x8' and not even for the $ I paid on sale is this product a value. Thankfully, customer service has always been a fair and pleasure experience so I'm calling to send it back.

When I think of chenille I think plush. I love the color and design, but if you looking for a thick dense area rug; this is not that quality.
