**NOTE***some Compressors , Generators, Welders using the F163 used a different dist cap & rotor with a different mounting style to the dist housing, IF your DIST Housing has a wide slot on top edge to lock cap in place Call or Text me before purchase with your DISTRIBUTOR NUMBER - it's on the side of the housing..

FITS THE CONTINENTAL F162 F163 F400 series ENGINE Flat Head Engines With the PRESTOLITE Dist assy. They make Different Versions of Prestolite Distributors) these engines are in Many different FORKLIFTS, & OTHER EQUIPMENT USING THE F400 Series ENGINE... Some MILLER & LINCOLN , RAND COMPRESSORS , WELDERS & GENERATORS & had the F163 engine in them- READ LISTING - this cap has a 1/4 inch lock tab on bottom of it to lock it in place so it won't spin on dist housing and 2 side flip clips to lock down tight.

Originally SOME of the EARLY series engines had a DELCO Distributor, BUT the Distributor was replaced with the PRESTOLITE Distributor.
