Unlike some sellers we have personally used, own, or tested a copy of each tool that we sell, so are always able to offer you help or advice. Nor do we display false and misleading RRPs suckering you into thinking that you are getting a good deal, with us it is simply a good deal.

We only list items that we have in stock, and use first class or first class recorded postage, this means you should get your items within two or three days depending on the vagaries of Royal Mail.

								We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you and sometimes this means that the item may be too large to fit through the letterbox. If you haven't received your item within five working days then please check with neighbours/post office.

Returns

								Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
