This is an auction for a basically new Acker Drill Company Model 3 HP 12" Capacity 1200E Asphalt/Concrete Test set Core Drill Rig that was procured in a government auction. This setup was sold to the government for $21677.60 The first picture in the listing is from the manufacturer. The rest of the pictures are from the actual unit. Some of the parts have light dust but it is new. 

 The Acker Model 1200-E is an 230 volt 3 phase electric powered drill for concrete and asphalt. The assembly includes a built-in water swivel, core barrel guide and hand screw feed ready to run. Two (2) speeds. Capacity up to 12” O.D. with masonry thin wall bits. This setup includes the 1200E 4 1/4" x 16" Diamond bit, a bit, expansion head, heavy duty hoses for water feed, a Woodhead watertight connector and a wrench and tool kit.
