DELIVERY TIME
-Hong Kong Post Office e-packet delivery time taking around 5 to 10 working days to Worldwide normally.
-EMS is around 3 to 4 working days to Worldwide normally. 
-Asian countries will be faster.
-France, Italy, Brazil and Spain and some Europe countries & cities may take longer.  
-Destination Customs inspection and peak season may take longer. 
-Destination Customs delay and duties, and destination post office delay and mistakes will not be responsible but I will help to resolve the problems as soon as possible.
-Buyer write wrong shipping address, and buyer not pick up parcel at destination Customs, Post Office and delivery address for any reasons when parcel return to me, it is buyer's responsibility to pay shipping & handling fee again for resenting the parcel.

RETURN POLICY

-For valid replacement, please email me first within 7 days with required photos. Required photos should show clearly the whole and complete things of the item, including the original box, plastic bags, blister card and all contents and the packaging.

 After confirmation between us, please send back the whole and complete item including the packaging in the original shipping condition I sent  to you to my address within 7 days.
 After the item arrive my address, a correct / replaced item will be sent to you within 7 days and
 the return postage will be refunded to you also.

REFUND POLICY
-Full refund will be made if parcel lost in delivery after receiving Hong Kong Post Office confirmation.
-Damages on delivery will be claimed from post office and compensation will be refunded after post office granted.
