Outside, the TARDIS travels through the Vortex, but inside is the view from the Twelfth Doctor's console. When the package arrives to you, you are responsible to pay the customs/duties fees that apply to your country. NOTE: We do not combine S&H on international packages - you pay 100% of each S&H fee for each item you purchase. This is a new policy due to the US Postal Rate Changes that took effect on May 14, 2007.
If you live in KY, you will need to include 6% Sales Tax. Insurance is added solely at winning bidder's request. We will not reship or refund any products if buyer does not request this item and we will strongly hold firm to this policy.
Delivery Confirmation
All US packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. This is not a tracking number, it only verifies delivery. If your package has not arrived in a timely manner, please notify your post office or delivery driver. Once the package has left our warehouse it is the responsibility of a third party shipper and under the rules and regulations of Ebay and Paypal we have done our part as stated in their rules and we will not refund any shipments. We will fight this to the fullest extent of the regulations. If you would like guaranteed delivery with a tracking number, please e-mail us about using fed-ex as your shipping method. Please remember that fed-ex is a more expensive shipping method.
