Description - Delightful vintage Art Deco 1930s George V base metal compact of octagonal form with a hinged lid, hinged clasp and thumb piece.
The lid has a nice central floral motif in the art deco manner.
The interior has a mirror and mesh
Condition - There is some loss to the enamel and some wear to the chrome on the base. There are no dents, dinks, splits, holes, the clasp is in excellent working closing the compact securely.
Dimensions & Weight - The compact is 7.6cm in wide. The weight is 73 grams.
