Payments ~ We only ever accept payment via PayPal and we only ever despatch to the address they supply us with your payment, for obvious security reasons. Requests for different delivery addresses via separate email are not accepted, so please make sure the correct delivery address is chosen from the ones you have on file at PayPal when making your payment.
Despatch ~ We despatch purchases very quickly, always within one working day, wherever possible the same day. Over 95% of purchases made before Noon Monday to Friday are despatched that day. We only currently despatch to UK addresses ourselves, but will sell globally if using eBay's own Global Shipping service offered.
Courier ~ We use Royal Mail or UPs couriers for all our deliveries. Please remember to allow for their expect delivery times when making a purchase and not presume the estimate that eBay suggest is a guarantee. Standard & Signed For 2nd class post now takes 3 to 6 working days (Monday to Friday only. Not Bank Holidays). 1st class & 1st class Signed For 1 to 3 working days. Special Delivery is by 1pm next working day after despatch. UPs couriers are either one or two working days after despatch. We reserve the right on larger orders to split purchases into multiple parcels, or upgrade the delivery method, at our expense, if required
Please be aware when choosing the required delivery address at PayPal, that most of our products will not fit through a letter box and that most items will require a signature upon delivery of somebody 18yrs or over.
Warranty ~ We offer a basic 30 day warranty on all our products unless clearly stated in the main text of the advert. In the unlikely event of a problem with your purchase please email us via the ebay message centre for advice. We pay the return postage if an item is faulty and sent back via the method we request.
Returns ~ If on arrival you change your mind please just return the product in the condition supplied ie unworn and/or unused, to our return address with your name & ebay id clearly enclosed and we will issue a refund on arrival. We regret we do not refund return postage costs in this scenario.
Online Opening Hours ~ We are usually online Monday to Friday from 6am to Noon. We are closed at weekend and on Bank Holidays. Being a small family business we are though often on line at other times!

Feedback ~ All our feedback is generated on our behalf by ebay directly. As soon as we receive positive feedback the system will automatically return the compliment.
Our business is based on the quality & price of our items, our level of service and our speed of despatch. We would never knowingly send out any item that is damaged, faulty or incorrectly described, so if you do have a problem please do not leave neutral or negative feedback or less than 5 stars until you have emailed us with your concerns.
If we are not told about a problem then we cannot solve a problem, so please email us first and see if we can put matters right....we always do.
