Payment is accepted through Paypal only and is due immediately, and no later than 2 days after the auction ends. We provide prompt shipping service and appreciate your prompt payment! 

If you find that you need more time to process a payment, please be courteous and email us so we can work with you. Unfortuately, due to a rash of no pay bidders, our policy is to send one reminder invoice before opening an unpaid item case on day 4 after the auction if we haven't worked out other terms.

Most items are shipped same day payment is received or next day at the latest via USPS.  We ship daily Monday - Friday (not on weekends or holidays).   If we experience a delay in our shipping process, we will let you know.  

When possible, we will combine shipping on multiple purchases to save you money, and charge only actual shipping, never any extra fees or handling charges. 

We routinely ship only to the US, but are happy to provide items to international customers through Ebay's Global Shipping.  If you are not purchasing through EBay's Global Shipping, please contact us before bidding.

Domestic Shipping:  We pack all items with lots of bubble wrap to help ensure safe arrival.  At times, due to the fragile nature of some items, or value, we will suggest that you purchase shipping insurance, but this is always at your option.  Our liability for your purchase ends (loss / damage) once the Post Office receives shipment.

International Shipping:  International shipping is not offered on every item, so please email to ask before bidding.  Any custom fees or duties will be your responsibility.  We cannot mark the item as a gift.

Refund Policy:  We Strive for 100% Satisfaction!   Please read the following terms as these are the terms you agree to as the buyer.  We post lots of photos and list size and measurements in clothing listings.  If you need more information to make a decision, please email us with your questions for a prompt answer. We do not offer refunds for reasons such as "I didn't mean to buy it"  ... "I thought I would like it, but I don't" ... "It's larger (or smaller) than I thought it would be" ... "I don't like the color"  etc. and on items of clothing we do not offer returns if it doesn't fit.  Items that are sold sealed and then opened by the buyer will be considered for return on a case by case basis.

To sum it up, if the item is as described and measurements match those listed in the auction, then the sale is final.  Seller will agree to cheerfully accept returns for refund of purchase price if the item is not as described. We cannot refund postal charges under any circumstances.
