Custom Wigs:

All custom wigs are paid in full in advance via a paypal invoice before production will start. Some custom wigs are subject to a extra $30 custom wig charge( I pay more for custom wigs, because they are ordered one by one, so I charge the buyer the same fee I am charged). Custom wigs have a 2.5- 4 week production time , and rush delivery is already included. Once your wig is finished they will ship it to me and I will get it in 2 business days and I will ship it to you asap. Custom wigs are a FINAL SALE. I will not ship a custom wig to you if it isn't what you ordered. These wigs are made to fit your head, and your head only. I don't charge extra for  wave, curl, highlight, mixed color, light color, swiss lace, thin skin, these are FREE to my buyers, even though I am charged extra money for them.  

Pictures:

I have pics on all my listings. I use what I call STOCK PICTURES. These are pics of similar wigs I have sold in the past. I don't take new pics of every wig I sell, unless the wig listed is drastically different. Taking new pics is very time consuming and ALL SELLERS DO THIS. When you order a wig, and you know you wear a #2 , then you should already know what it looks like. Different computers make the color look a little different anyway. I try my best to capture everything in my wig pics. Example: If you want a Deep wave #4, but I don't have pics of that wig available, I might send you a pic of a Yaki #4 and a Deep Wave #1B, just to show you both an example of a deep wave wig and a wig with a #4 color. When you order a custom unit, you aren't gonna see it in different colors with that style you want, because custom wigs haven't been made yet. If I list a 16" #1b Yaki wig for the first time and take pics, I will use those same stock pictures every time I list a 16" , 14" , or 18" wig. If I take pictures of every 16" #1B Yaki wigs I sell, they will all look the same anyway, so that's why we use stock wig pics.  

Shipping , Returns,  & Exchanges:

USA Priority 2-3 business days:

Item will be shipped after the payment is cleared, by the USPS (United States Post Office) www.usps.com . Tracking numbers will be sent via paypal email. Once your package arrives, it will require a signature. Coverance is included on orders over $250. Please check handling times below.

USA Express 1-2 business days: (ONLY Offered on my DIRECT WEBSITE, No Exceptions)

Item will be shipped after the payment is cleared, by the USPS (United States Post Office) www.usps.com . It is not guaranteed that you will receive your item in 1-2 business days even though you have paid the extra fee for overnight express shipping. Due to your location, weather, and holidays, some packages might be delayed. If your item isn’t received in 1-2 days, you will not be refunded for the extra shipping cost. If you choose this shipping option and you are accountable for your own shipping fees. Tracking numbers will be sent via paypal email. Once your package arrives, it will require a signature. Coverance is only included in orders over $250. Please check handling times below.

International Express 5-7 business days:

Item will be shipped after the payment is cleared, by the USPS (United States Post Office) www.usps.com. International customers will be held accountable for any Customs Taxes charged by the Customs in your country. I usually mark international packages as a gift with the value set at $25.00 USD. Requesting coverance is optional but will not cost you any additional money. Adding coverance, will require me to mark the correct value on your package, and it puts your package at risk of being charged taxes by Customs.  France, Africa, and Mexico are automatically shipped with insurance. Tracking numbers will be sent via paypal email.

We currently ship all orders through United States Postal Service (USPS). We reserve the right to ship any order including expedited orders (i.e., next day air and 2-day shipping options) through different carriers. We may use the following carriers to ship expedited orders: USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx. However, if any order is being sent to a P.O. Box or an APO or FPO address, it cannot be sent via UPS, DHL, or FedEx and will be shipped with USPS.  Delays or miss-shipments when a P.O. Box address is used is not in our control. In order to give you the best delivery rate, some items may ship separately.

Note: Stock wigs don’t fit anyone perfectly, but it’s up to you to determine whether or not the wig will work for you.

Returning Buyers:

I do give returning buyers discounts off regular priced wigs, which means if you bid on a wig and you win it for a lower price, that is your discount. If a wig is $230 regular , then I will give you a discount off of it. If you want a discount you must contact me first, and I will send you an invoice DIRECTLY through paypal. If you don't agree to this , then you don't want the discount.
