The auto mode and quiet are great.
I just plugged this machine in today. I bought it to replace an old air filter that is about 8 years old. It's a bit bigger than I would like, but I put it on auto and it has been working all day. I can't even tell it's on. It's not super heavy and even in "turbo" mode, it is much quieter than my older Kenmore model.
My daughter lives in an old house with allergens galore! She started her day, every day, sneezing her brains out. So, for Christmas, all she wanted as a gift was a HEPA Air Cleaner. For Christmas I got her the Winix FresHome Model P300 True HEPA Air Cleaner, as soon as she opened it, we got it going! It is very quiet, one of the reasons I picked it, from other reviews on Overstock. She loves it! It does work marvels, and she moves it from room to room where she needs it most. She has been breathing easier, very little sneezing and sleeping better too, since she got this wonderful HEPA Air Cleaner. Highly Recommend it to Anyone!
