This fantastic and rather rare classic British amplifier is in perfect working order. It is the successor to the 606 Mark 2 but has the addition of the 77AMPBUS interface. It can be used just like a 606 without using the Quadlink connector - this is only used when it is connected to 77 series components. It can be used with any preamplifier (need not be Quad) via the RCA/Phono inputs. It is in very good condition with just a few minor marks as can be seen. Unusually for domestic equipment the speaker outputs are Neutrik Speakon sockets - this is not a problem as speaker adapters are provided as shown which allow connecting standard 4mm plugs. The sound quality into my Ditton 66s is superb with no noticeable hum, noise or distortion. It has its original manual which is in good condition. It requires the normal British mains voltage of 220-240 volts AC. International buyers outside the EU – please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
