We really pride ourselves not only on the variety of choice available but also on the level of customer service we have to offer. Buying bras is often not a very straight forward process for most women so the option of being able to speak to someone for assistance is important to us.
Our experienced team of fully qualified bra fitters are available Monday - Friday for guidance or advice via phone or email.
Shipping
UK MAINLAND ORDERS
All orders are shipped within 48 hours on receipt of payment MONDAY to FRIDAY. Unless otherwise requested all shipment is not tracked and will be Royal Mail 48 hour. Please allow upto 3-5 working days for delivery.
24 hour orders are shipped same day if received by 1pm. Your order will only be sent Royal Mail 24 hour or Special delivery if selected at checkout.
You will receive an email when your order has despatched which will tell you how your order has been dispatched.
We will ONLY ship to your confirmed paypal address. We CANNOT change delivery address once your order is processed. We CANNOT change the order in any way after payment (ie size or colour). If you have ordered incorrectly please cancel and reorder.
Please be aware large and bulky orders including tankinis, swimsuits and moulded bras often will not fit through your letter box. Please check with your postman if you do not receive such an item.
NORTHERN IRELAND AND UK OFFSHORE DELIVERIES.
These are charged at the most economical rate - Royal Mail Tracked for between 1-3 Items and Parcel Force or equivalent for larger orders.
VAT is charged on all deliveries from us to the Channel Islands.
EUROPEAN ORDERS:
Delivery charges vary for all European orders. This depends on Country. We use Royal Mail for our European Deliveries. Please allow 5-10 working days for Europe and upto 30 days for international. Although often orders arrive quicker we are not responsible for postal services in each relevant country. Please allow extra time in case of custom issues or in country strikes.
Please be aware that the customs authorities in your country may charge you Import Duty and/or other additional related charges including VAT. As the buyer and the importer, you are responsible for paying any such costs.
These costs are outside our control, and vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office if you require further information.

We may require additional security checks on International orders. This may require us speaking to you in person and asking you security questions. We may ask for proof of your address before dispatching the order.
BFPO
We ship to BFPO addresses using Royal Mail.
All BFPO addresses must be registered as UK, rather than the country where you are posted. Royal Mail will then deliver the parcel to the British Forces Post Office in London.
It then becomes the responsibility of the British Forces to deliver your parcel to the correct location.
Returns
We offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required (except knickers). If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return.
Due to hygiene reasons our returns policy varies by product as follows:
Knickers We DO NOT accept returns on knickers.
Bras - Customers can try on bras and return them if they do not fit. Please ensure bras are returned in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached and in original packing. Returns with any trace of make up, self tan and heavy perfume will not be accepted.
Swimwear: Bikini bottoms and Swimsuits - Customers can try on bras and return them if they do not fit. Please ensure hygiene strips are worn when trying on. Please ensure that swimwear and bikini bottoms are returned in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed with hygiene strips and tags attached and in original packing. Returns with any trace of make up, self tan and heavy perfume will not be accepted.
Bikini Tops - Customers can try on bikini tops and return them if they do not fit. Please ensure bikini tops are returned in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed with tags attached and in original packing. Returns with any trace of make up, self tan and heavy perfume will not be accepted.
All returns are inspected upon receipt and photographic evidence will be provided for non complying items. We reserve the right to refuse refund. Thank you for understanding.
Please ensure that you submit an eBay returns request for all returns including each individual item as eBay will only allow us to refund if a returns request is opened. Please include your eBay ID and Sales Reference No which starts with 1000xxxx.

Payment
ALL of our prices are inclusive of VAT. We are a VAT registered company and can provide VAT receipts upon request.
We only ship to the address on Paypal. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances.
Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract. So do not buy or bid unless you intend to complete the purchase.
We will pursue all unpaid items for all charges and fees after 10 days of payment not being received.
If you would like to cancel an order please contact us on sales@lingerieoutletstore.co.uk. If the item has not been dispatched we will refund and cancel the order.
