This winder takes care of your watches delicate mechanism by only turning your watches for a short period of time.

This Watch Winder has 4 Independent Winding Programs 

Program 1 and 2 are for either clockwise or counter clockwise winding for 6 minutes and then rest for 30 minutes and repeats cycle,

Program 3 will turn clockwise for 20 minutes and rest for 10 minutes then will turn counter clockwise for 20 minutes and rest for 10 minute then repeats cycle,

Program 4 will turn clockwise for 10 minutes and then will turn counter clockwise for 10 minutes and repeats cycle for 3 hours and then will rest for 9 Hours then repeats cycle,

In certain circumstances we know you may need to return an item to us. We have a tried and tested returns system in place and have listed several different return scenarios below. Items being returned from outside of the UK must be marked as "Returned Goods" so as not to incur customs charges. We are unable to accept items for which insufficient postage has been paid or for which there are customs charges.

Returning for a refund Your right to cancel

The Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to buyers in the United Kingdom.

You must take reasonable care of the item(s) from the time you receive them until you return them to us. Items should be returned in original packaging complete with any documentation and accessories.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for items purchased from us for a refund of your order total. Your cancellation rights expire 14 days after receipt of the goods. Customers are required to return any cancelled orders at their own cost including insurance. Cancellation is only deemed served if sent via our online returns form:www.ukmemory.com/returns.

Incorrect item

If you have been sent the wrong item please report it to us via the returns form within 14 days. After you have received your RMA number and your returned item is received and processed at our warehouse we will dispatch a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock we will offer you an alternative item or refund. We will reimburse your return carriage costs providing that they are reasonable. We cap this at £4 for smaller items and £7.99 for bulky items. We can provide a list of competitive delivery companies if you need them

Items damaged in transit

If your item has been damaged in transit you must report it to us via the returns form within 14 days. If your parcel is clearly damaged on arrival please tell the carrier that you would like to sign for the item as damaged as this will help us later when we make a claim with them. After you have received your RMA number and your returned item is received and processed at our warehouse we will dispatch a replacement. We will reimburse your return carriage costs providing that they are reasonable. We cap this at £4 for smaller items and £7.99 for bulky items. Items purchased for delivery within the United Kingdom mainland are normally shipped within one working day of successful payment and will normally be delivered within 14 working days depending on the shipping option that you select.

Collection is in person only from Wrexham LL13 9JT MondayFriday 9am5pm.

Standard Delivery – 2 to 5 working days
Small items (less than 2kg) are normally sent by Royal Mail or myHermes.
Medium items (2 to 5kg) are normally sent via FedEx UK, DHL or myHermes.
Large items (over 5kg) are normally sent via FedEx UK or DHL and will require a signature on delivery.

Express Delivery – 1 working day

Small items (less than 2kg) are normally sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Medium and large items (2kg and above) are normally sent via FedEx UK or DHL and will require a signature on delivery.

Rest of the World

Items purchased for delivery outside of the United Kingdom are normally shipped within one working day of successful payment and will normally be delivered within 28 working days depending on the shipping option that you select.
