These good quality Clippers were made around 1870 by W.Clark and still work.

There are two wooden handles (with brass ferrules), embossed with "WC" , in the centre of the inscription "W. Clark 232 Oxford Street " of London. 

The good quality steel parts are held together with brass fixings.

The overall length of these clippers is approximately 290mm ( 11 1/2" ).

The width of the cutter head is approximately 85mm ( 3 1/4" ).

These clippers weigh about 450 grams.
