RETURNS/EXCHANGES
BUY IT NOW purchases may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price or an exchange. Please send a return request through eBay within 48 hours of receipt of the item to advise me that you wish to return an item.
In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, neatly folded as received in the cellophane packaging, unworn with the labels intact and free of any odours i.e perfumes, smoke, etc. Please return the item in secure outer packaging. Any original postage costs or return postage costs is not refundable and is the buyer's own responsibility. Refunds are actioned within 5 working days of receiving the item back.
