We use USPS as a carrier for all our packages.Items are usually shipped within 48 business hours of the end of the auction.You will receive a separate email with the tracking info as soon as we ship your package. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct before you pay for the item .We will not change the shipping address after you payed for the item as Paypal will not insure the transaction for us in this case.
Also, please note: We will not ship to any other address other than the one shown on the payment transactions page.
International Buyers: Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping price and you are fully responsable for these fees if any.Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.In some cases tracking # may not be updated online by your country ,please contact us so we can track it through our carrier.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days from receiving your package. Item cannot be worn outside or show any sign of wear and must contain all tags and boxes. Worn item will not be accepted for return. A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed for returns. We sell out of certain items very quick, so contact us if we need to hold an item for you. Please contact us if you are sending them back. Buyer is responsible for shipping back to us, and any new shipping charges. All shoes and boxes are required to send back. Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. We require our boxes to be in new condition as well. Never hesitate to email us.
