For sale is a PENTAX ASAHI 50mm 1.4 M42 screw thread lens.
It has thorium in at least one element to aid in sharpness, and don't worry, its not the type of radiation to worry about.
You probably get more radiation exposed to the sun or something similar.
The aperture ring clicks positively from end to end.
The focuser is nicely dampened and smooth from end to end.
The elements are pristine, bright and clear (also yellowy thorium element)
The rear element has traces of light fungus on parts of the outer edges as you can see in the photo.
The price that I'm listing it at, reflects this minor issue which didn't have any impact on the images produced. Please see photos.

The house in the distance was shot at f16 infinity and I focused on the white wooden triangular beam at the tip of the house.
