SEALED/UNSEALED

Please note all of our stock is brand new and sourced directly from UK record companies and will be delivered to you exactly as supplied to us. It is very common for UK record companies to supply CDs and DVDs that are not sealed or shrink wrapped.

Please note all items are brand new, in the exact condition they arrive in from our suppliers. Not all items arrive with tags or in a bag. All clothing is brand new and Officially Licensed.

If you would like further information on this title please read the FAQ section before emailing us. In our experience the FAQ section answers 90% of all questions that we are asked.

DELIVERY TIMES

Badlands is a small family run business based in the U.K. and as such we strive to offer a 5 star service at all times. We sell thousands of items on line, via our eBay store and we have a high street record store.

We always attempt to dispatch items no later than two working days after payment is received. In our experience once we have passed packages onto the Royal Mail for delivery First Class mail can take up to 3 working days to arrive and second class often takes 5 - 7 days. If you live in the U.K. and your item has not arrived 14 days after the date of this despatch email then please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent.

If you live outside of the UK please allow 21 days for your item to arrive before requesting a replacement. Please remember that Royal Mail only collect on normal working days so if you place an order at the weekend or near a bank holiday period please allow a few extra days for despatch and delivery.

DAMAGED ITEMS

It your item is faulty or has become damaged in the post please eamil us for details of how to return the item for a replacement or refund.

FEEDBACK

We hope you will be happy with our service and understand that once we have despatched your order to the Royal Mail delivery times are out of our hands.If you are not happy for any reason or are considering leaving us negative feedback or poor scores please contact us on the above number to discuss any issues as we are sure that most issues can be resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt. It must be returned well packaged and in the same condition as received. We will refund the purchase cost (postage costs will only be refunded for faulty or damaged items.)

Badlands has been established since 1986 and is one of the largest independendent record and music stores in the South West of England. We have a worldwide reputation for excellent service! We specialise in several artists including Bruce Springsteen, The Rolling Stones & Bob Dylan. We also run concert packages all over the world to see these and other artists.

We have thousands of CDs listed in our eBay Store ranging from classic albums by the biggest artists, to more obscure artists and hard to find titles. All of our CDs are competitively priced and as you can see from our feedback, our service is second to none! We are constantly adding new titles to the store as well as new auctions and special offers.
