This amp is seen in the upper shelf of a 122RV or 147RV (and a few other -R / -RV Leslie models) It runs a pair of 7189 tubes, and features power plug, output connector, and RCA leads for the reverb tank (not included)

I believe it was last operated around 2013. It's been in storage and has dust from many years, but it should clean up OK.
