Ebay Refund Processing:

1) Email Music For All to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number from us.  We will Email specific instructions that you must follow for a hassle-free return for us both.  Sometimes a return is simply when the wrong instrument is purchased - the correct instrument you need is not always the most expensive option - We firmly believe in putting the right instrument in your hands depending on your musical needs.  Call us Toll Free (Lower 48 States) at   866-892-7078 -or- 616-863-8927 to discuss any questions or concerns you have. 
 
2) If Paypal was used for your purchase and the refund is approved (not received--shipping takes time) by Music For All within 14 days of purchase, you will receive a Full Refund, (A good practice is to keep everything you receive from us for the first 2 weeks), minus original ship cost, provided the item is in New/Original/Mint condition, with all manuals, packaging unaltered and intact.   If a Credit Card is used, we will process your refund within 2 business days after returned items clear. All credit card refunds will be made to the original purchaser only.  We'll even leave you advanced ebay feedback to show you are a good person to the ebay community.  Returning an item in the best possible condition shows you care about getting the most refund possible and makes our job so much easier.

If our New criteria above is not met, the item is therefore Used and will be sold by us at a lower price, which means at least a 20% restocking fee (we need to accept, inspect and rate the item based on how used it is and this all takes time and therefore costs us money). 
Dirt, scuffs, scratches, grease, dust et al...will decrease its value further (restocking fees could be higher if instrument is abused) -Always keep clean hands when playing your instrument, whether you are returning or keeping your instrument.

On any return:  All ship costs are the responsibility of the purchaser in the event of a return. The Buyer (you) will be responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item. If an item is offered with "Free Shipping," this means we are paying the freight on your behalf of your purchase, based on the premise that you are actually keeping the item, as the actual ship cost is not actually "Free" to us.  The shipping expenses incurred to us, will be deducted from the refund. If an item is refused by you for any reason, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund.   We refuse all COD shipments.

Are there any items that cannot be returned once purchased?

Any instrument or device that has touched the lips or ears of an owner cannot be returned due to health regulations. This includes: Headsets, Harmonicas, Microphones, Mouthpieces.  Any Cymbal or similar instrument cannot be returned because wear is easily evident.

3) Your order will be packed extremely good and as well as humanly possible.  If the item can be tested (like an Accordion for instance) we will do so that you get your item right the first time.  Many items are double-boxed and surrounded on all 4 sides with loose styrofoam and/or bubble wrap to insure the safest possible trip to your hands.

4) Due to the cost of shipping and the tax you pay upon delivery, we will only accept an International return if we shipped you the wrong product.  Many manufacturers have "Stock" Photos - Especially if your item is Wood Grain, there will likely be some variation (since no 2 pieces of wood are identical) - Email us for a picture of the item you wish to purchase and we will try to accommodate you.

5) Your item will be in proper working order when it leaves our hands.  If the item arrives defective/damaged, an Insurance Claim will need to be made, as the Shipping Carrier will be held responsible.  We can't overstate enough that we take the time to pack items extremely well, to avoid any damage to your item.
