due to the fact that the box was either damaged/crushed..
or the puzzle is from a multi-puzzle pack box.
You will receive:
1.) The Jigsaw Puzzle offered in this listing (100% complete) - in a sealed bag (similar to a manufacturer's seal)
2.) The puzzle manufacturer's image/picture.. from the box lid or from the insert that was inside the box.
