Express dispatch and delivery for UK addresses
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, most items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.
International bidders, purchasing more than 2 items, contact us for a greater postage discount. eBay's estimated delivery time is for mainland UK only. Others areas could take longer.
For buyers purchasing outside of the UK please allow up to 7-10 working days.
We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Royal Mail or any other courier.
If the item you have ordered is defective anyway, contact us within the warranty period (12 months) and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including postage) will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Specific terms are:
For replacement, item must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, or exchange at our discretion. Warranty excludes consumable products and is not applicable outside of the UK unless by pre-arrangement.
