GRADING POLICY

Professionally graded cards will always come in a durable plastic holder, such as a PSA holder. They feature a grade on the scale of 1-10, with 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest.

Near Mint-Mint means the card is practically pack-pulled. A Near Mint-Mint grade is often used to describe a sports card, as gaming cards do not often get this high a grade. This is because gaming cards are intended to actually be played with, unlike sports cards which are really for collecting purposes only.

Near Mint does not mean perfect. A card that is Near Mint means minor flaws such as minute edge wear or surface wear from gentle handling are permissible. For foil cards, you may notice a few hairline scratches.

Lightly Played cards show light to moderate surface and/or edge wear, but may contain both. Hairline scratches may be more numerous, but there will be no deep scratches on the card.

Played cards show overall moderate surface and edge wear on one or both sides. Scratches deeper than hairlines may be more prevalent. Hairline creases are also possible.

Heavily Played cards show moderate to heavy wear on one or both sides. Edge wear may be more severe and will show more white on the back and/or front. Moderate creases may also be seen, but some Heavily Played cards may only show significant wear with no creases.

Damaged cards are basically filler cards for when you really need to complete a set. Expect heavy wear, severe creases, paper loss, and/or some kind of substance on the card.
