Our Policies
Cancellation & Returns
You may cancel and return your order within 14 working days without giving a reason. The 14 working days start from the day after we receive funds for your order.
If you have received the goods please return them to us 'unused', to the address below. (Please note that we are not able to cover the costs of postage for returned orders).
Your money will be refunded in full within 15 days following our receipt of your returned goods.
** We accept that some of our product i.e. We will not refund any opened / used goods returned to us with the exception of the sample tattoos being used (if supplied).
