Arrival to the final destination will take longer. -International Orders *eBay Global Shipping Program* We participate in the eBay Global Shipping Program. Returns
PGT will refund your full purchase price except in the case that an item is opened then you decided it's not wanted. Opened video games/systems can only be exchanged for an identical item (this assumes the video game/system has a manufacturer's defect.) If the item you purchased was a already open (loose) we ask that it be returned in the same condition as when it was received. •Refunds will be processed through eBay (Paypal) as we have no access to your credit card number. •Shipping charges are NOT refundable unless we shipped the wrong the item. Should you buy tracking and/or insurance on the return? For your peace of mind, please do. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. All returned items must be sent to us prepaid.
