We offer no questions asked refund policy. However, if you want to give a reason that is OK with us; just contact us ASAP. Return undamaged item within 30 days of receipt for a refund including the original shipping. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Damaged items are handled differently. Buyer can opt for a refund or depending on availability a replacement at no additional cost.

Yes, we do offer shipping discounts on multiple items. If you have any question on shipping or would like a quote, please include your zip code or country (outside of the USA) in your message.
When an item is shipped, we charge actual shipping and a handling fee ranging from $0.25 to $0.50 to cover our insurance costs. We ship every package including First Class with insurance. We use a third party vendor, which is far cheaper than the USPS insurance and are passing that savings onto you.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
