The stylus brush is inside--easy to find/use with a clear removable cover.
It is a deep nap velvet installed on a firm cushion which removes dust & grime from the record & grooves.
It comes with 2 oz of special record cleaning fluid--which is also anti-static.
The cleaning tool cover can also be used as a reservoir for the fluid.
