Shipping:
We are a UK based business and at present most items will only be shipped within the UK. We hope to resolve issues regarding shipping abroad shortly. We will look into shipping abroad on an item by item basis and investigate costs. Please contact us should this apply to you.
We only ship to the address on file at PAYPAL - NO EXCEPTIONS
We cannot be held responsible if the address is incorrect on your PAYPAL account - if unsure - please check before bidding / buying.
We always send out an email when your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive an email within 4 working days after getting your payment confirmation email then please contact us immediately through the eBay message system.
Your order should be with you between 1 and 4 working days after dispatch. However, Royal Mail advise that items posted could take up to 14 working days. If for any reason you think there is a problem with your delivery then please contact us through the eBay system with full details including item, eBay user name and address.
Cost of each additional item bought: We try to keep postage and packaging costs down to a minimum, we have reduced costs if you buy multiple items from us that can be shipped in one package. Please ask for a revised invoice so we may combine postage, this will always save you money
Payment
Payment for items must be made within 3 working days - if for any reason this is not possible (e.g. working away) - then please contact us within the 3 days. After 3 days ebay may start the 'non-payment' process and the items may be relisted when this process is completed.
We only accept payment through PAYPAL (you do not have to be a member of PAYPAL to use this method). Sorry No Cheques
You will receive an email notification that we have received your payment - if you do not get this confirmation within 24 hours after you have made payment please contact us
Your order will normally be dispatched the next working day after Paypal confirmation of your payment
Should you wish to return an item please contact us through the EBay messaging system within 14 days of receipt of the item. We will then give you directions with regards to returning the item. All refunds will be made through the same PAYPAL account used for purchase. No exceptions.
