CD and case in VG+ or excellent condition 

 please note: CD and cases are usually new - from old warehouse stock - and inspected before shipping. Case is often replaced with new one (unless they are still sealed).

CD case might have small hole or mark on barcode or "Promotional copy not for sale" might be printed on the cd itself. 

Other than that, cd, case and booklet would be just as new or in VG+ / excellent condition
