I try to ship on the following day of payment, unless it is a public holiday or due to illness
I combine shipping. If more than one or upto 10 items are purchased by the same buyer, I will only charge the same postage as a single item.
I always get a proof of postage certificate and a reciept from the post office as proof that I have posted the item.
If an item is lost or damaged in the post I will assist in claiming the insurance. But please remember unless you chose the international signed for (overseas) or special delivery (UK) you can only claim upto £30.00 for your item.
An item will only have a tracking number for ovrseas if the international signed for option has been chosen
REFUNDS
I offer refunds if the item is not as described. I try to describe items in an honest way and show photographs. Please look closely at all photos as they will show any imperfections not mentioned in the description. Please ask any questions about the item before you decide to bid. RETURNS
If the item has been described wrong then I will gladly pay for the return postage
