We do ship overseas- please confirm shipping price before ordering

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with delivery please contact us to resolve the problem. Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 15 working days after the postage date.

Orders before 2pm generally go out the same day. Courier orders go out next morning. Most orders are received within 2-3 working days

Please contact us with any issues regarding delivery problems, Damaged items or warranty returns.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Please return a note with the item and state the reason for the return. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence or the Item Has been supplied wrongly. Items returned for exchange/repair under warranty buyer to pay for all post costs

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

Any items that are Soiled or dirty will not be processed and will be sent back to sender.
