Unfortunately I'm not a compatibility expert, so I won't be able to help you. This is a genuine PAL region PC game/software. I never sell fakes or copies. It will work on any computer in the world with the right set-up. Refunds will not be given for compatibility problems. It is down to the buyer to ensure that this software will work on their console.
