DescriptionThis is a pair (2) of Foam Heel Pads (3" diameter), and a pair (2) of Arm covers to replace worn covers on your Total Gym Wingbar (any style). The Arm covers are more dense than the OEM covers, and should last longer.
To install, put talcum powder (Baby Power, Foot Powder) on the outside of the wingbar arm, and into both ends of the cover. Thread the cover over the arm, twisting at the top and the base till the entire cover is in place.
