This is a pretty halter dress by Lilli Diamond of California from the 1970's.  It features cotton lace all over the bodice, and on the belt.  The skirt is full and done in crinkle gauze.  There is a well working zipper at the center back.  The bodice and skirt are lined.  The only issue is a little bit of makeup at the top neckline that I have not tried to remove.  (see photos)   Comes from a smoke free home.
