All are mint. Mint backs range from never hinged to small hinge remnant. The high values are all hinged.

I always try to reduce shipping for multiple purchases. I charge by weight and not by the number of lots you win. Please let me invoice you before paying.  Stamps will be removed from stocksheet and placed in glassines for shipment.

International bidders, Paypal only. NO EXCEPTIONS Bidders from China, Taiwan, Japan and Korea.... I can use your addresses in your native language for mailing but I must also have your address in English for customs and rer hinged to hinge remnant. The 1d surcharged is hinged on the margin but not on the stamp.egistration. Failure to supply it in English will delay shipment.

Shipping and handling costs for this lot (less than one ounce) U. S. - $1.00, Canada, Mexico and the rest of the world - $1.40. If you want registered mail (expensive), please let me know when you bid so that, if you have the winning bid, I can add it to the invoice. Because of several "lost" shipments, foreign shipments over $60 will automatically be sent registered and will be charged such ($15.00 minimum) at checkout. US shipments over $100 will be sent certified mail and will be charged such at checkout ($4.50 minimum).

Notes on invoicing and payment: I invoice after all auction lots ending that day (or two) are done. If you are bidding on lots later in the same week, you may wait to pay until those auctions have ended. Please let me know before the auctions close so that I can combine lots for invoicing purposes. All invoices must be paid within one week of the first ended auction even if you are bidding on lots "next week".

Notes on Feedback: I strive to earn 5 stars from every purchaser in every category. If my service is deficient and you cannot give me 5 stars, please send me a message to let me know what I can do better.

READ ...READ...READ...READ...READ... I appreciate and expect prompt payment. If you cannot pay within three days of the close of the auction or are waiting for more auction lots later that week, please let me know in advance. If I have not heard from you previously, after three days I start sending reminder notices. After five days I contact eBay. When I receive your payment, I’ll let you know when your lot(s) will be shipped. (“today”, tomorrow”, or “Monday”). Check the date on the cancellation on your shipment. Unless you supply an address correction, I use the address supplied by Paypal so make sure that is correct. Once I put an item in the mail, I have absolutely no control over it or how long it takes to get to you. Shipments to Europe are taking 10 to 45 days or longer. I recently had shipments to France and Belgium that took nearly 60 days to get there. Shipments to Asia are 20 to 35 days and longer. I keep a log of when and to whom auction lots are shipped.

Larger (heavier) lots of stamps may get sent in two or more smaller envelopes to discourage theft in the mail. Your total postage may reflect the extra cost. On some shipments mailed outside of the US, I now have to affix a customs label. If I have to do this, it is an extra 50 cents shipping cost as it is shipped "petite parcel" and not first class. This will be marked "Philatelic Material" and the value. In most countries this will not incur a customs duty. Do not ask me to mark it sample or gift.

A note on condition.

On lots with six or more stamps: if I say "all are sound", that means that I have checked all the stamps and not found any faults.

If I say "one or two may have faults", that means I have checked several, but not all, and have found no faults.

If I say " a few may have faults", that means that I have checked several, but not all, and have found at least one stamp that had a fault but most that I checked were sound.

Over the years I made a conscious effort to eliminate all of the damaged stamps from my collection. Occasionally one or two slipped past but, for the most part, these should be good sound stamps.

Guide to mint stamps.

Never hinged -> light hinge -> medium hinge -> heavy hinge -> hinge remnant -> disturbed gum -> no gum

Never hinged - no trace of hinge mark

Light hinge - one hinge mark and usually small

Medium hinge - one large or two hinge marks

Heavy hinge - three or more hinge marks

Hinge remnant - some part of a hinge is still adhered to the back of the stamp.

Disturbed gum - there is still gum on the back but it does not look like it should.

No gum - self explanatory

For mint and used stamps: Sound - the stamp has no damage

I have collected stamps for over 55 years and they, along with my other hobbies, have started to overrun the house. It's time to downsize. In the following months/ years I will be selectively selling off all my duplicates, most of my philatelic library, peripheral collections that I have no present interest and last, some of my US and foreign specialty albums and their contents. I collected the world, first in an Ambassador Album, then Scott's International Vols.1-7, and then in Scott and Minkus specialty albums. Duplicates went into stock books, first by continent....then when they got too full, by country or region, and finally I put all duplicates in stockbooks by country and catalog number. Over the years, some of these stockbooks have gotten quite full and with a good amount of better material.
