From my personal collection, this is a sweet Pink Panther figurine in his thinker pose made in the '90's by Geoffrey in Japan for Royal Orleans.  He is about 3.75 inches tall, 4 inches wide and I have not seen another like him in this pose for some time.  Please use pictures as part of my description and let me know if you have any questions.
