Note to our customers about our Authentic Wild Boar
Tusks:
These Authentic South Pacific Wild Boar Tusks have
been cleaned and color enhanced by chemically bleaching and polishing, which
alters the appearance from that of a natural Wild Boar Tusk, which in the
original form may show color variations from a yellowish to brownish and off
white colors.
Each of our wild Boar Tusks are unique and
photographed individually because each one is different, showing distinctive
growth lines, different sizes, and in many cases showing grinding and usage
markings at the tips. Each of these Wild Boar Tusks is primarily hollow and
become solid at the tips, and are capped at the tops.
Our Wild Boar Tusks have been verified by the main
supplier in writing to be authentic, and the authenticity has been verified by
local experienced pig hunters.
Therefore: based upon this explanation and information
as provided, there will be no refunds honored for any claims that these Wild
Boar Tusks are not authentic because such claims are deemed false. Refunds, as
always for customer dissatisfaction for other reasons will continue to be
honored upon return of the item.
Your understanding of this matter is greatly
appreciated. Please shop with confidence.

Disclaimer:
Be It Known, there are absolutely no parts of any
Endangered Species involved , or even implied to be involved, nor should
be interpreted to be involved, in the manufacturing of any of the
components, or enhancements applied, in the final completion of this
item. It is our responsibility to properly and fully describe, and
disclose all information about our products to our customers. The
wording "White Bovine Smooth Bone," means that the material comes from
"A Cow Bone." I am not much of a meat eater, but the last time I checked
beef in my local market, it was stamped "United States Department of
Agriculture Approved," and nothing mentioned about it being a product of
any endangered species. Also, if this item should be listed as "An
Elephant Toe Nail Style Knife," it is purely as stated, "The Name of the
Style, Shape, Design of the Knife," which is being manufactured by
numerous knife companies. If I had my choice, I would name it
differently, but it is what is, the name of a very popular knife style,
which is not intended, implied, nor does it mean, nor should it be
interpreted to mean that any components in the manufacturing or
enhancements made to this knife, comes from an Elephant or any other
endangered species, for it DOES NOT! The same is true in our description
of the "Hand-Etched Scrimshaw Whale Tail, or any other Whale
designs." It is what it is, as described, a design of "A Whale Tail,
breaching Whale, diving whale, submerging whale, humpback whale, etc., "
which is hand-etched by the artist, using a sharp stylist scrimshaw
tool to create the design onto the USDA approved Bovine, Cow Bone, which
is not intended, implied, nor does it mean that any components in the
manufacturing or enhancements made to this knife, comes from an Elephant
or any other endangered species, for it DOES NOT! The same is true for
any other of our hand-etched scrimshaw designs such as Dolphins, Eagles,
Lion, Tigers, etc., for the description of the design used, Is What It
Is, as properly described, only "A Design," using water proof ink, a
sharp stylist made of steel, USDA approved cow Bone, and maybe a little
sweat from the artist who by their pain-staking talent, apply this
tedious task of creating the lost art of Scrimshaw, which today is
mostly done by laser or reproduction methods on unnatural materials.
Mahalo for your time and understanding for reading this disclaimer,
which is necessary for us to be able to continue providing to our valued
customers, "Quality, Hand-Etched, Original, Signatured, Scrimshaw Works
of Art, with full disclosure.
