Please note that I will only accept payments through Paypal unless otherwise stated.

 

If in the unfortunate event an item is lost in the post you must wait at least 14 working days before submitting a claim to me

as I cannot do anything until after then.

Anything damaged in the post I cannot be held responsible for but I will do my best to rectify any problems you may have.

Any item not as described please let me know & send the item back to the return address with a tracked service.

A full refund will only be given upon either receiving the item back in the condition it was sent in or has been verified as lost in the post.

Any return postage brought will also be paid for (proof of postage cost may be needed for higher value/heavier items).

I do not accept returns for change of mind on purchases/buyer remorse so please read listing(s) carefully before bidding/buying.

If you are unsure of something please ask before bidding/buying as I cannot do anything after if you brought an item incorrectly.

 

All items are sent recorded delivery with tracking or with a signed for service,

I will not send anything non-recorded or non-signed for (unless explicitly stated) so please don't ask.

 

Collection in person is usually only offered on Bigger items,

but if you would prefer to collect the item rather than it being posted then it can be arranged.

Please note I do not accept cash on collection for anything,

all items must be paid for through Paypal prior to collecting the item.

 

If bidding internationally please be aware postage will be higher & does not include custom's charges etc.

All item's brought internationally will be sent with tracking for safe delivery & insures against any loss or damages.

I will not send anything with a non-tracked service so please don't ask.

 

If you purchase multiple items I will try to combine postage & packaging where I can to save you on any extra postage costs,

but please be aware this will not always be possible.

 

Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase/auction end

or you will be reported to Ebay for non-payment & the item(s) will be re-listed.

If you cannot pay within this time frame please let me know or I cannot do anything to help you.

 

I will post all items within 1-2 working days once payment has been confirmed unless otherwise stated.

I am unable to post items on weekends so they will be posted on the monday instead.

Any item brought on friday may or may not be posted til the following monday so please be aware of this.
