This is 1 of a few lots of various military items I am listing  ..........I have no real expertise in this area and will rely upon the photographs to provide most of the information ....however if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask 

On offer is a British Military 1952 Sighting/ Bearing Telescope It is clearly marked No8 Mk3 

I would imagine it was used for Anti Aircraft purposes 

The piece was made by the noted optical manufactureres  Cooke Troughton &Simms York

The optics work...no chips cracks or unsightly scratches  ,showing a 4 x square grid with a central square inside a square as a guide to focus in on ....the dimmer switch need power to check 

  

It measures approx 10.5" in length and a hefty 2.5k unpacked
