SUMMARY

I paid $119.60 for these fifty-four comics when they were published.  I did not grade the Tekno issues but assume an average grade of at least NM- 9.2.  Adding those into the graded issues gives one NM/M, ten NM+, eleven NM, twenty-eight NM-, three VF/NM, and one VF+ average NM 9.4, the equivalent of most new, unhandled comics on comic store shelves!  In these conditions, these early Modern Age comics comics have a current retail value of

$230.45!

The Buy-It-Now price of $16.45 is an insane 93% OFF current retail value and only $0.30 each!

This is a true wholesale offer for fifty-four spectacular, vintage (> twenty years old) comics in crispy-new condition, including six of the most attractive comic book covers ever produced:  the five Valiant chromes and the WildCATS #2 holo!

SHIPPING

The buyer must pay for shipping these comics in a USPS Large Priority Mail box which costs $16.55 with my eBay Priority Mail discount.  Signature confirmation is recommended if there is a chance that your package might be stolen.  Message me before paying if interested in purchasing signature confirmation for an additional $2.45.  International buyers must also pay the eBay Global Shipping fee.

GRADING

My comic book grading is done carefully and slowly to ensure that no imperfections are overlooked.  I regularly refer to the Overstreet Comic Book Grading Guide, 2nd Edition 2003.  I take pride in honest and accurate grading because I am first a comic collector, second a comic seller.  I have never received a complaint about my grading.

COMIC BAGS & PACKAGING

These comics are individually bagged in decent used comic bags.  Backing boards are not included unless mentioned or seen in the photos.  I have shipped thousands of comics to hundreds of eBay buyers, and not once have I been notified of a comic arriving damaged because MY PACKAGING IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST ON EBAY!  Shipments are protected by corrugated cardboard and waterproof plastic bags.  I have never received a negative or even a neutral feedback from any eBay buyer or seller!

FEEDBACK

I leave feedback as soon as I’ve shipped the items, and my only concern is that the buyer pays within one week of the close of the auction.  If payment has not been made within four days of the auction’s close, I will send one invoice reminding the buyer that only three days remain in order to receive positive feedback from me.  Sending an invoice is an extra step that is unnecessary so please try to pay within four days of the auction’s closing.  If payment has not been made within sixteen days, eBay will be automatically informed and your access to all sellers will be jeopardized.

BUYERS OUTSIDE USA

One of eBay’s rules is that Post Office boxes are not acceptable destinations except in Canada.  Another is that signature confirmation is not available outside the USA.  A third rule for international shipping is that auctions cannot be combined to reduce shipping costs.
