Your bid is a contract. If you do not agree with the price, shipping or handling, please pass by. We use shipping and handling fees to cover the cost of shipping materials. Do not ask for discount or argue these fees after a bid is placed or product is delivered. Shipping costs are what is stated, do not ask for a lesser shipping fee. The buyer agrees to pay for the shipping fee which will be via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. ALL international sales will be shipped vi eBay's International shipping program. Upon the close of the auction, Whistle Stop (or eBay for international sales) will contact the winning bidder with an invoice which will include the shipping fee.
